3. Sample Collection

During the cruise, CTD casts were made at 22 stations across the studied area. A total of 206 dissolved oxygen samples were analyzed on board the ship using Winkler titration. A total of 215 nutrient samples and 68 salinity samples were collected for lab analysis at GERG/TAMU. A total of 186 samples were collected for carbonate chemistry characterization (total alkalinity, total dissolved inorganic carbon, and pH) at TAMU-CC.
